NIISQ Registered Provider in Queensland – Safe, Stable Support
Supported Care is a NIISQ Registered Provider in Queensland, delivering person-centred accommodation and attendant care for people who have sustained serious injuries in motor vehicle accidents.
We work alongside Queensland Health discharge teams, NIISQ planners, clinicians and families to support participants transitioning from hospital into stable, long-term accommodation, particularly where needs are complex or supports are still being established.
Our model brings together housing and day-to-day support to enable safe, timely placement into environments that support recovery, independence and continuity of care.
We are typically engaged where standard accommodation options are not suitable, particularly where behavioural, environmental, or coordination risks need to be actively managed.
