At Supported Care, we help you create a living arrangement that works for you. Our Individualised Living Options (ILO) / Individualised Living Arrangements (ILA) are tailored to your needs, whether you want drop-in help, 24/7 support, or something in between.
We take the time to understand who you are and what you want from life, so we can put the right supports in place. The NDIS officially calls these supports Individualised Living Options (ILO), but some sector leaders use Individualised Living Arrangements (ILA) — whichever term you use, the goal is the same: living life your way.

How Do I Get ILO/ILA Supports?
You don’t always need specific ILO / ILA funding to get started. We can use your core supports to work towards your goals.
What is ILO/ILA?
It’s a flexible NDIS support model that lets you decide where and how you live — with friends, family, or on your own. Funding happens in two stages:
1. Exploring and designing your supports
2. Putting them in place
ILO / ILA is separate from Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and is not based on who owns or leases the home.
