Our shifts include day shifts, weekend shifts, and overnight sleepover shifts; to suit your lifestyle. We have work available various settings:
- In a shared working environment, at locations where you can work alongside and collaborate with other Support Workers and receive support from onsite senior leaders.
- In a community environment, where you can support customers to live their best lives and gain greater independence.

At Supported Care, we are committed to supporting the ongoing professional development of our workforce.
We are very pleased to host our own online specialised Learning Academy, in which staff can access 80+ e-learning modules on demand, specialised to the clients we support.
Further, we run internal Training Workshops, delivered by a dedicated Training and Development Manager, in which staff are paid to attend specialised workshops that have been crafted to equip our workforce with the specialised skills they need to support our clients to live their best lives.
